A 28mm worktop can be sufficient for a PC desk, but it may depend on the specific needs and preferences of the user. If the desk will primarily be used for a computer and minimal accessories, a 28mm worktop should be adequate. However, if the user plans to have multiple monitors, a printer, or other accessories on the desk, they may prefer a thicker worktop for added stability and durability. Additionally, considering the weight of the PC and other equipment is important when determining if a 28mm worktop is sufficient. **

To stretch a tunnel from 24mm to 28mm, you can gradually increase the size by using tapers or gradually sized plugs. Start by inserting a 26mm taper or plug into the tunnel and leave it in for a few days to allow your earlobe to adjust. Once your ear is comfortable with the 26mm size, you can then move on to a 28mm taper or plug to stretch it further. It's important to take your time and listen to your body to avoid any tearing or damage to your earlobe. **

To reduce the worktop from 38mm to 28mm, you can use a planer or a sander to shave off the excess material. Carefully measure and mark the desired thickness before starting to ensure an even reduction. Take your time and work slowly to avoid removing too much material at once. Once you have reached the desired thickness, sand the surface to smooth out any rough edges or imperfections. **

Yes, it is possible to mount a 28mm carburetor on a 70cc engine. However, it may not be the most efficient or effective choice. The size of the carburetor should be matched to the engine's displacement and performance requirements. A 28mm carburetor may be too large for a 70cc engine, leading to poor fuel atomization and inefficient combustion. It's important to carefully consider the engine's needs and consult with a knowledgeable mechanic or tuner before making any modifications. **
